最近遇到一个客户说对我们的产品感兴趣,要了我们的报价, 然后客户提了一个条件,
“This contract will be needing a performance guarantee certificate from a rated Financial institution.
Performance Guarantee is a very important part of any business trade deal between buyer and seller. Seller has to guarantee buyer of supply of quality goods by providing the buyer with a performance guarantee.
The performance guarantee protects buyer against payment and product risk which is the main factor that ruins buyers business. This will ensure buyer gets product replacement or money back guarantee when buyer makes a claim.
Without the performance guarantee certificate from a rated Financial institution buyers bank will not approve payment to sellers bank”
我们也没签订合同什么的,什么也没进行呢,我们经理说也没有机构愿意担保。
给客户发了我们最近一个信用证客户让他方银行对我们公司信誉做的信誉评估报告,等级Aaa.
我们回复客户就是可以签订正式合同,来确保双方利益。
但是客户坚持要这个guarantee certificate.
