沙特SASO新规终于于2019年1月1日强制执行

一拖再拖，我们原本以为沙特的SABER新规定会继续这样拖下去，没想到这次沙特来真的了。

下面是沙特伙伴发过来的邮件原文:

Dear Partner,

Hope things are fine at your end

We have been informed about the new regulations of SABER by Certification Body and starting from 1st of January’2019 all type of imports for all categories must be through new system of SABER to get online SASO certificate.

There are two certificates required to import/clear the shipment in KSA as below -

1. Product COC – We need to submit the products information to online portal and then request the CBs for their approval. We will notify the charges once confirmed by SASO. The certificate will be Valid for 1 year. Once approved the products from SASO, you can arrange the shipment.

2. Shipment COC- Will be issued only for approved products. We will request SASO to issue certificate in KSA. This will eliminate your existing process of getting SASO certificate from CBs at your place. We will need shipment documents copies from you to issue the SASO certificate.

认证机构已经通知我们关于SABER的新规定，从2019年1月1日开始，所有类别的所有进口类型都必须通过新的SABER系统获得网上SASO认证。

进口/清关KSA货物需要两种证书，如下所示

1.产品COC -我们需要将产品信息提交给在线门户网站，然后请求CBs批准。我们将在SASO确认后通知费用。该证书有效期为1年。一旦SASO的产品通过审核，你就可以安排出货。

2.装运COC-将只签发给批准的产品。我们将要求SASO在KSA出具证书。这将消除您从本地CBs获取SASO证书的现有流程。我们需要从你处得到装运单据副本，以便出具SASO证书。

说白了就是变麻烦了，需要做2个证，一个产品认证，一个COC清关认证。有点类似尼日利亚的SONCAP。

如果平时出口沙特的货物品名比较多，比较杂的小伙伴们请留意了，能合并成一类的，尽量统一用一个品名来出，否则将会增加很多额外的费用。
