聚精会神地听对方说完质疑的全部内容,不要中途打断。这表明你尊重对方的观点,并且能够全面了解对方的担忧所在。同时,在倾听过程中,可以通过点头、眼神交流等方式给予反馈,让对方感受到你在认真听。比如,客户可能说:"We have heard some negative feedback about the reliability of your products from other buyers.This makes us quite concerned."(我们从其他买家那里听说了关于你们产品可靠性的一些负面反馈。这让我们很担心。)你要等客户说完,不要急于反驳。
三、准确理解质疑点
