埃及进口新规，2016年3月起实施

NEW RULE FOR IMPORT TO EGYPT.
致埃及出口商：

01. Legalize the commercial invoice from chamber of commerce.
需要大使馆加签的商业发票（商会认证）
02. Pay attention of the weight which show in packing list must be real weight.
箱单上必须显示真实重量
03. Shipment documents must transfer from exporter Bank to importer bank direct (THE BANK WHICH IMPORTER COMPANY TRANSFER THE AMOUNT TO IT)（ D/P） Doc Cannot be sent to importer office nor via supplier to importer bank, otherwise it will be refused.
提单发票产地证等必须通过大陆（ 或者香港） 收款银行交目的国银行。 由货主直接寄给买家或者买家银行的文件都会被拒收。
04. Any factory want to supply to Egypt market must register in the
EGYPTIAN GENERAL ORGANIZATION FOR EXPORT AND IMPORT CONTROL. Website:
www. goeic.gov.eg
出口到埃及市场的工厂必须在埃及进出口管制总会注册，网站：http://www.goeic.gov.eg
(玻璃器皿，军工铁器，家具以及办公家具，空调，洗衣机，电炉，摩托车，发动机，钟表，家用照明灯具，儿童玩具，瓷砖,这些产品都需其工厂在埃及有注册资料方可进口埃及)
05. The document required for this registration:-

A. copy of the factory license.
工厂执照
B. A certificate of the legal entity for the factory include a list of the producing items of the factory.
法人资格认证以及工厂允许生产的产品
C. Branding of the products belong to the factory, Brands that are produced under license from its owners.
工厂自有品牌， 或者被授权的品牌
D. Certification that the factory applied for a quality control system and meet the standards environment and committed to ILO (International Labor Organization) standards and international treaties regulating this
matter and to issue this certification from ILAC.
工厂的质量管控系统认证，或者是国际劳工组织公约，或者是国际实验室认可合作组织（ ILAC 或者 CNAS 认证）
