就讲今天发生的事情。
客户5月份下的PO, 付款方式是款到发货,产品共8K, 现在还剩下一半在我们的仓库。
现在由于超过2个月的免费仓管,公司需要收取超期的仓管费用(金额不大)。
我首先是在skype发给客户如下:when your customer need the rest of F9A30. Our sales manager puhinshed me money right now, cause the warehouse keeping of F9A30 has been spent over 2 months.
客户没回我,我就邮件发给他如下:
Dear xxx
Good day to you!
When do your customer need the rest of PO2000382( 2K, D8*6)?
It has been taken over two months for warehouse keeping to this one.
And now I was fined for it.
Please help me a little.

他这么回复我:
Dear Sue,
We Also Waiting for my Customer confirmation , Then Only I can alert you to send my Goods, Between can You Please Hang on in this matter If any News From my customer I will let you know Immediately. Please Inform Your Stores also.
And Please Note my Rest Qty Will be 4K Not 2K.
我看他这么回复,我觉得他坐以待毙,不会向他的客户主动出击。confimation不是遥遥无期。我心有点着急,担心。所以我回了封如下:
Dear xxx,
Nice to receive your reply.
There are 4k magnets in stock. Sorry for it.
Regard to your cargo is over the deadline( 2 months), GMT shall pay extra for it.
However, to appreciate our long term cooperation, and to thank you for your great support to me,
I can pay the cost of warehouse keeping personally this month.
If your customer still do not need it this month, GMT will bear the double cost on your side since September.
For example, this month, the cost only is $5, and next month, the cost will be increased to $10.
So avoiding the extra cost, please let your customer confirm it asap.
Please kindly note and advise me how to process.

他看到后马上skype上找我理论了如下:

Is this the way Of your Support to Customer.?
Yes Its My Goods I know, but with out my customer confirmation how can I Take.?
