建议:你们公司的政策与我无关。你的以上陈述会向客户传递出你不懂变通而且不愿意帮助他的意思。有时候打破常规是很有必要的。如果你的公司不能为客户破例,你的竞争者便会这么做。一种更好的方式是这样表达的:“这是我们有这个规定的原因所在(此处解释原因),我们可以为您找找解决这个问题的其他办法”。
Your company's policies are your company's, not mine. Your above statement sends a signal to the customer that you are not flexible and unwilling to help him. Sometimes making exceptions is a necessity. If your company doesn't make those exceptions, your competitor would. A better way to frame it would be to say:"Here is the reason why we have that rule in place. Let us explore other ways to solve this for you."
