新客户第一个订单,你知道客户怎么想的吗?

好久没写文章了,吃了碗“百年不碰”的麻辣烫,可能是辣的吧,脑子热得突然想写点东西。

结合8月份新成交的一个客人,是从RFQ上开发的,我发现其中有一段挺有意思,觉得可以拿出来跟大伙一起分享下。

下面这段是客户原文,前段省略一万字

Hi Gordon,

I am willing to order the the quantity of 5000 confirmation right now for delivery on or before September 10, as I mentioned prior I can not afford any of the product to be defective and would like to take measures to ensure that is the case during production. We can use things like photos and videos during production and even Facebook live at your factory during production and assembly that I can see regularly. Additionally a random line pull every day or 2 to ensure standards as well. Each sheet printed will have the adhesive backing removed so that only the branches/leaves/ornaments remain on the sheet. I am willing to put money down now pre-production. Finally I would like to request 10% hold of final amount until inspection at the port of Baltimore. The last item isn’t urgent for right now, but I will need to discuss and possibly modify how the units are grouped and bundled prior to shipping.

I will make Order Confirmation for you for 5000 sets,and i can understand ur concern about order quality,

let me give ur suggestion:

 

1.You are worry about bulk quality not match well with sample,actually the bulk quality is exactly same or better than sample,because color printing is stable and smooth during bulk UV printing.

 

2.We have built own quality control systerm,all order need do internal inspection during production and order completed.We have  2 own inspectors with 5 years inspection experience,they will do inspection for per order,and make inspection report like SGS,BV or other 3rd inspection company do,you can check attached template.

 

3.Photos are included in our inspection report and viedos are available for us to send you ,we also can send you bulk production samples for confirmation before delievry,after comfirmation,we ship them.

 

4.You also can apply for 3rd part inspection,such as BV,SGS,but you have to pay them for inspection,below you can view Alibaba provide this service and cost from US$118 to US$188,but they do same inspection like our own inspector do.


5.We have good reputation doing high quality Vinyl Wall Stickers,exporting to Japan Disney,German Home Depot,USA Hobby Lobby.Considering If you were me,stay in one company which doing wall sticker for 14 years since 2004,for one new order,will you do  bad quality to destory 14 years reputation?

 

6.The payment term is 30% TT as deposit and 70% TT after we show you copy of BL.We understand you wanna keep 10% amount to secure this order,but you can think about that if i wanna trick your money to use bad quality product,does this 10% amount cover ur lost?

 

7.Above payment term is standard term in international business,if you have any quality issue when you selling goods,you

can let we know the problem and defectives qty,we absolutely do replacement or reimbursement.And if we make order in Alibaba,you can tell Alibaba what problem you face and Alibaba will contact us to solve all ur problem.

这段回复码得有点长了,有啥办法,都是被逼的,谁叫你担心这担心那的。

我为什么在第一段说我会做合同给他,因为客户已经表达要下订单的意愿,现在不给他合同让他签,还等啥时候啊!

有人会说,客户上段说的10%的押金还没谈妥,我得先跟他确认好才行。这么说也没错,换做3年前的我也会这么干,慢慢耗,但是你确定他没同时跟其他厂家联系?可能其他厂家早就一个电话过去搞定了。

我这么说不是回避这个10%押金的问题,而是这个押金的由来最根本的原因是客户的担忧引起的,我的思路就是解决他的担忧,让他完全信任我信服我,所有后面的一段一段都是为了解决他的顾虑。

客户收到邮件的回复如下

Hi Gordon,

you have settled my mind thanks.

This is my first large order and I have my entire reputation on the quality so I appreciate you for being so meticulous.

Do you have the tracking number for the sample arrival?

我写了这么多,你就写这么点,好意思啊!!!

也好,说明客户不再纠结品质问题。

当时新的样品客户还没收到,但是客户当晚就转了30%订金过来,让我们先准备材料。

总结下,新客户第一个订单最最重要的还是要解决信任问题,一定要学会换位思考,站在客户角度多考虑,将心比心。另外,一定要及时确认订单,主动提出成交。
