假远期信用证软条款讨论

是这样的，最近谈个单子，答应客人做假远期信用证，让他融资，缓解资金压力，但是收到lc后，感觉附加条款78如下，应该是软条款吧？求大神指点一二首先41D是：AVALIBLE WITH.....BY ------any bank of china, by DEF PAYMENT，42P：deferred payment details-360 days from bill of loading date. 32B,USD 7145428.22但是39C有个addtional amounts covered usd 142908.56.然后附加条款的7和8是这样的

negotiating bank to forward all documents by courier to indusing bank LID,upper ground floor, barakhambha branch, dr,Gopal ads bhavan 28, barakhamba road new delhi, certifying compliance to all terams and conditions of LC,upon receiving of acceptance advice from us, the negotianting bank is authorized to claim reimbursement at sight from the nominated reimbursing bank, SBI london will make the payment only after receipt of reimbursement authorization from LC issuing bank.

Upon receipt claim stating the details specified from the nominated bank,
You are authorized to pay at sight and finance the drawing until the maturity date.
Issuing bank request that despite the fact that this credit is available by deferred payment at 360 days from bill of loading date
SBI LONDON SHALL honour the reimbursement claim from the negotiating bank and found the LC at sight
