The Procurement Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily workflow, handle daily overseas correspondence.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and ad-hoc assignments timely and independently.
Updating sales contracts, purchase orders in ERP system.
Arrange meetings, business trips & appointment schedule.
Coordinate with both relevant internal and external parties.
Requirements:
Form 7 or bachelor on pharmaceutical / chemical or above in any disciplines
3-5 years relevant experience in a trading firm, preferably handling industrial goods
Good command in written and spoken English.
Good knowledge of MS Office software
High sense of responsibility, presentable, self-motivated, mature and able to work independently.
Willing to learn and expand horizons.
