【Jason外贸旅途】2018让客人高回复的展会邀请函
作为外贸人,都想知道怎么样跟进客户,既可以让客户喜欢,又不会让客户感到烦扰而把我拉入黑名单?
其实除了我们平时的正常邮件往来,节日问候,生日问候,还有就是展会信息,也是一个不错的联系客户的理由。
那么邀请函怎么写?我建议大家一切从简,分三次来写,因为客户每天很忙,邮件太长对客人们也是一种负担。
题目:Re:To Mark, booth (stand) 16.2-D12, Canton fair invitation from ABC company.
第一封邮件(The 1st Email):
Dear Mark,
How are you?
We'd like to invite you to our 122nd Canton fair. Information below(信息如下):
Booth number: 16.2-D12, Date: Oct.15-19th
Add: Pazhou exhibition center, Guangzhou, China
Company name&Brand: ABC
I will also be there. Will you come? Can we fix a meeting?
你要来么,我们可以约见面么?
If you need any help like booking hotel(订酒店) or transportation tips(路线提示), please call me 0086 123456789 or Email me.
如果你需要帮忙订酒店或者路线提示,请打我手机或者邮件我。
If you can't come, please also let us know, then we can send you useful market information we get after the fair.
如果你不能来,请也让我知道,这样我可以在展会以后给你发送展会上得到的有用的市场信息。
Awaiting for your reply. 等待你的回复。 建议最好做张图片。
Points:背景是产品,让客户一目了然你的产品, 邀请文字和展位信息写在最显眼的位置。
标注你的logo和公司名字
图片下方包括历届参展照片,让客户知道你是存在的(展会作用:不仅是见客户,也是宣传) 主要显示公司实力的照片也可以摆上。
第二封(The 2nd Email):
Dear Mark,
How are you?
Canton fair is coming, did you receive our invitation(邀请)in Email below?
(I remember you came last year)Will you come this year, can we fix a meeting? 你要来么,我们可以约见面么?
We are one of the largest LED suppliers in Shanghai for 5 years, please find attached our detailed introduction of our company.
We will show you new and popular products there, sincerely hope we can have a meeting during the fair.
Attached picture will help you to find our booth easily.
Awaiting for your reply.
Tips:所有的邮件都需要要一个答案,而不是只是推销。
所以Will you come? Can we fix a meeting就至关重要。
要一下展馆平面图,用箭头标注我们的摊位在哪里,会更容易让客户找到。
第三封(The 3rd Email):
Dear Mark,
Please find attached booth picture.
We will be here and waiting for you. 我们在这里等着你的到来。
My cellphone is 0086 123456789, any question, please feel free to call me.
布展完,每个人在摊位上照张相,整个公司的人也一起拍照。发给客户。
不仅要发邀请函,而且要学会一个个给客户打电话,这才是非常重要的一步。
