再来说说挖到的另外一个年销售额 30W美金的B客户,这个客户也是刚开始联系上的时候,就让我报价,
2021年的时候就联系上了,当时公司主要有两个负责人我这里说成 M(是采购经历)和 P(P是总经理),M 是当时B公司的采购经理,当时联系的时候,主要和他联系, 2022年的时候,这个M客户告诉我,他从B公司离职了,自己开了一家公司,然后2022年底我就收到了这个客户的一个高柜的订单为了表示对他们新公司的支持, 也发了很多样品,
然后这个客户是当地的经销商,很多客户他自己搞不定的会介绍给我,我也谈成了几个样品单,但是都没有后续,但是也因为这个客户,认识了很多他们当地做这个产品的客户群体,客户也给我介绍了一些客户,不过这写都是开发B客户的意外收获了,能得到这些额外的客户和M客户的订单,也是开发意料之外的惊喜啦,这些里面能转化出一个,也有好几万美金呢,也很好.
但是我想开发的B公司迟迟没给我下单,2023年3月的时候,客户找我说有 5W美金的订单要下,非常着急,那会我就感觉客户可能买了,给更新了价格,但是最后还是没从我这里下单,
在之后问他都是很礼貌的回复,I will let you know next week, I will update you when I have new request, 其实这会我就痛失了5W美金的订单,我也知道这个客户有这个实力,但是没办法就是要不过来,
今年九月新的转机出现啦,我们工厂进口了新的德国的生产机器,产能提升,价格边低了,这个时候针对3月份他自寻的价格给他更新,客户表示很感兴趣,但是问客户什么时候买,又在犹豫 推脱,说要等一等,我也害怕客户又从他的老的供应商那里下单
2023.9月利用国庆假期催单,但是没反应,客户并没有回复我,(这个我也给很多客户发了,有写客户是有反应的)

这个客户成交的感悟:
1.你有多想成交一个客户,你就会有无数的办法,你就会关注客户,给客户分享你的事情。
2.产品可以一样,但是你的跟进,你和客户的沟通,你和客户的邮件可以不一样,我们要花时间在这上面,怎么更好的follow up,给客户传递价值
3.每个客户都有找备胎的想法,先成为客户的首选备胎,当客户的思想和市场发生变化的时候,你的机会就到了。
4.每一次精心设计的话术都可以发给多个客户看,每次到什么节日或者过年,我都会营销一遍自己的老客户,总会有新的订单的,
5.我们挖别人的老客户,同样我们的的老客户也面临被同行挖的风险。我们如何更好的建立和老客户的关系,更好的去开发新客户,做好攻受两方,实现不败之地,我觉得这个是每一个外贸人都值得思考和下功夫的地方
