ELANCE找人建站，需要注意些什么？

最近在ELANCE发了个找人建网站的帖，其实是没有真心打算在这上面找人的，因为学员普遍反应沟通麻烦，而且印度人做的东西都不太满意，但其实有一家给我写的PROPOSAL真的很不错：

内容如下：

Technical Specs:
Platform: WordPress
Coding Language: PHP 5
Database: MySQL
Design: HTML5, CSS3
Design Framework: Bootstrap (This will help to make the site Completely Mobile and Tab supportive which is also called as complete responsive site)



->> Regarding the design part of your website:

We'll use your preferable pictures for the background layout etc. and will use your preferable colors as main color scheme for the fonts, tabs, call to action buttons, hovers etc.

Regarding the LOGO design, we will use your preferable color scheme and will implement them along with our innovative ideas.

Afterwards, we'll provide you with some attractive logos along with some sample ad banners among which you could choose your preferable one.

We will integrate a form through which users will be able to contact the admin directly and can ask their queries. The form will contain fields like:
First and Last Name
Topic / Subject
Message etc.



PRODUCTS:

All products will be categorized as well as sub-categorized into this section.

Whenever a user would click on a product it’ll open its product detailed page, which will have the following info:
Name
Description
Features / Specifications
Images
Price
Discounts etc.


All products contents and their corresponding categories can be managed through back end,
Name of the product,
Addition of new product,
Edit, Manage the site
Price revision,
Add Discount etc.


Approach to the Job:

Newsletter subscription feature (into the HOME PAGE)

关于价格，因为我没心想配合，就还了个600刀，没想到最后对方还是同意了。
不知道在ELANCE上发任务要注意些什么呢？如果双方有歧义或对工作不满意，该如何处理呢？

网站会在什么时候付款呢？
