我司于上周发了一个40尺柜的货发俄罗客户,因验货时客户QC反应给客户说到我们有较多产品包装破损严重,后来我们重新订了一批彩盒和外箱更换了不好的包装,但客户仍然不相信我们,担心我们产品仍然会将部份破损的包装用于包装产品大货里。因此要求我们出一份保函。保函内容如下:
Letter of Guarantee
We certificated this goods for 1563 order, item number 853R, 3000pcs food dehydrator passed the inspection by your QC, and shipped by your company approval. We guarantee that the goods packaging are no damaged.If during unloading on Customers warehouse will be found more than 1% of goods in damaged boxes, we’ll send FOC boxes according to Customers request with next order. We are not responsible for the damage packaging caused by the unloading workers during the unloading process.(最后这句话是我们加上的,但是客户要求我们删掉,如删掉,对我们不利,但按客户要求不删除,万一客户下批订单要求我们赔个几百个,对于我来说是非常不利的。我也是第一次遇到这样的事情,不知道该如何这件事情?)
