第119期 --- 我就是这么帮助大家解决问题

1. 客户转发同行的价格，自己的高出10%，解释价格差距→略微调整价格后，就算解释不了差距10%，也可以解释6%，来看晟哥支招。。。

Thanks for sharing the other supplier’s price sheet with me. Our industry is a small industry. So pretty much everybody knows everybody’s price. Here are 2 reasons why our price is higher than the other parody. （根据实际情况，列出两个原因）I wish I can say YES we will match the price. But there is no way for us to lower our quality standard to get your first order. One-time deal is not what we are looking for. We are here for the long run. I will work hard to make your first order as a success. No matter you order with us or somebody else, but I do hope you will choose us. I've said ‘yes, I do’. Now it’s your turn. 2. 自己找的新客户，打电话被告知介绍了另一个同事给我，但并未收到邮件，该怎么说为好→过一两周后写封简短的邮件:

This is Katrina again. We talked on phone XX days ago. I hate to bother you, but I’ve checked my inbox and spam folder like 30 times now and couldn’t find your email. There is sometimes sensitive stuff I need to send to XXX. Would you please send me XXX’s email one more time? Thanks a lot.
