接上次 投标进度，按照要求按部就班提供资料，走流程。

之前，我在网上看到有案例说 ，有某些尼国骗子的套路是询价数量很大，货值很高， 后期让交注册费成为某个公司的供应商，我想你是什么公司， 成为你的供应商我还得掏钱了 ？

果不其然，过了几天 ，来了如下邮件，

I was directed by the Members of the Contract Tender Board Committee, Chad Basin Development Authority (CHBDA) to officially inform you that your request to supply us 3,000 MTS of XXXXX , which we needed for our going assistance project in our region.

Attached with this letter you will find the Official Approval / Award letter and Vendors Registration Form which you are expected to complete and provide the registration fee to the Attorney to assist your company to complete the registration.

We can only proceed with the review and signing of the contract agreement with you after you must have completed registration of your company with our organization as non resident Category C contractor / Vendor.

Payment for the registration can only be made through local bank draft which would be purchased from a reputable commercial bank here in Nigeria and submit to the Office of the registrar.

We hereby recommend you to contact the Legal Attorney below who will work as a broker with you, ask him on how you can send the money to him to enable him purchase the bank draft which he shall submit to our registrar office and certificate of registration will be issued in favour of your company, then we shall add your company name in our database as a qualify vendor.

曝光邮件内容，意在曝光骗子公司，给所有外贸人以警示，希望大家不要把时间和精力浪费在此类垃圾上。
