外包建站的问题以及后面的彩蛋

近期在外包建站，碰到一个孟加拉国的小伙，沟通还算顺利，在我问到他站内SEO你能做些什么的时候，他回复了我这些，就是想问一下前辈们，他说的这些靠谱吗？报的价格是250刀，回复如下：

1) Seo Audit.

2) Keyword research (To target the perfect search phrase for a website)

3) Competitor research (To see what other related websites are doing)

4) Writing meta title, descriptions depending on on the keywords for all pages, posts and contents.

5) Linking social media.

6) I use SEO Yoast to for WordPress SEO. and if the website is targeting local market I use yoast local.

7) After that I take care of robots.txt rules.

8) Then I add the website at Google webmaster tool to control website indexing, link dishvaw, sitemap and backlink process.

9) After that I submit xml sitemap to Google.

10) I also add Google analytic for visitors data tracking. I can also setup eCommerce data tracking.

11) After that I move for image seo. Fixing alt tags and other image seo factors.

12) Website loading time is a big issue in seo so I also optimize the speed of a website.

13) I check mobile responsiveness and setup AMP for better search rank in mobile.

14) I setup Facebook instant articles for better ctr at facebook.

15) If the website has review and such thing I also do structure data markup to show them on Google.

16) I check broken links and manage them with 301 and other redirect parameter.

17) I manage inbound and outbound links.

18) I also us seo moz premium for regular audit, tracking and performance.

后面又加了些站外SEO的，我觉得这个站外的不是很靠谱，前辈们觉得怎么样？

After completing internal seo I also so external seo. My assistant helps me with that. I do backlink planing like:

1) Related directory submission.

2) Social engagement management.

3) Guest blogging.

4) Edu, Gov Link

5) Local listing for local business.

6) Online Review management.

7) Private blogging network (PBN)
