在外贸江湖上流传着一个这样的传说,世界上流传着一段“金句”,它能唤醒濒临破裂的谈判,甚至能撬开客户沉默的嘴巴。没错,或许你已经想到了,它就是来自汪晟老师的金句,“Can you share with me what is preventing you from moving forward?”
为什么谈得好好的客户突然凭空消失了?邮件不回?电话也不接?圈里很多小伙伴在与客户谈判时大都遇到过这种情况,神奇的是,在用了这段金句后,很多客户都有了回音。
在感叹这句话的魅力之时,我着手整理了一些我们日常可以应用到与客户谈判的句子,其中大部分都是从看剧中学到的。

1. I would be lying if I said I wasn't suprised that you went through with it. 如果我说我 ...,那么我一定是在说谎.
例如:I would be lying if I said I'm not happy to win your order. 如果我说赢得你的订单我不高兴,那一定是在说谎。
2. I'm not in a good place to talk right now.
例如:假设客户有事找你,但是你当下不方便,你可以这样说:Sorry, I'm not in a good place to talk right now. Do you mind if I get back to you ... minutes/hours later?
3. How nuts do you think that I am on this? 强调你对这件事足够认真,你可以尝试反问客户。

例如可以转化为:We need to ensure our quality and we won't tolerate delivering faulty products to our customers. 我们需要确保我们的质量,我们不会容忍向我们的客户提供有缺陷的产品。
5. 当你面对客户的投诉,你可以先来一句:I'll get to the bottom of this. 表明你处理对这件事情的态度。
6. The sooner ..., the sooner ... 越早..., 越早...
例如:The sooner you have this contract signed, the sooner we can start to prepare the materials and run the production. 你越早签订这份合同,我们就能越早开始准备材料和生产。
7. We'll employ any means necessary to ... 我们会竭尽所能 ... (不要在说We will try our best叻)
例如可以转化为:We'll employ any means necessary to have this order delivered within this week. 我们会竭尽所能这周内给你发货。
8. Let's look at this with fresh eyes tomorrow morning.
当跟客户谈判,有一些合作的条款暂时不能达成共识,可以先缓一缓,建议明天再谈。
9. I think it may be worth discussing a slight adjustment to our Tuesday delivery plan. 我觉得我们需要讨论一下对周二的交货计划做些微调整
例如可以转化为:I think it may be worth spending some extra pennies to buy less worry and sleep tight. 我觉得多花点钱,可以少些烦恼,睡个安稳觉是值得的。(强调你的产品品质、服务、交期...)
10. What sets us apart from our competitors is ... 当介绍我们公司/产品的优势时,你可以这样说来替代这样的表达:Our product quality is better than other vendors./Our price is cheaper than other suppliers.
例如可以转化为:What sets us apart from our competitors is that our key components are designed, manufactured and inspected in-house which means our production schedule is 24/7 traceable and we can ensure the competitiveness of our price at the same time.我们与竞争对手的区别在于,我们的关键零部件都是内部设计、制造和检验的,这意味着我们的生产计划是24/7可追溯的,同时我们可以确保我们的价格具有竞争力。
