最近有些朋友问我领英怎么开发客户,想想2年前还是不会用领英,学习了冰哥的线上和线下课程后,开始运用到工作中,发现真的比自己随便发私信好很多,最起码我在领英上开发了一些样品客户,由于中间换了工作,有些样品客户的正式订单还在谈,我想给大家分享一下我学到的领英开发客户的思路。
首先,领英是一个商务平台,很多公司的客户都在上面注册了账号,大部分客户是用来找工作,有些是发布一些企业的动态等等,比较普及的是欧美国家的客户,只要你知道客户的公司名,大部分客户可以在领英找到,不管是buyer还是sourcing manager,Merchandiser,Purchasing Manager 当然有些小公司都是由CEO担任的,大公司的很多买手在领英都是有注册账号的,废话不多说,直接上干货,
1.先是个人资料的完善,从头像开始,必须是本人的头像,可以用美图拍一张个人自拍,P上专业的西装外套,给老外的感觉就是professional.切忌用风景图,宠物图,这样给人的感觉不真实。
2.关于Title部分
姓名: 英文名 姓,比如 Craig Liang(Craig L), Jinhui Lee(Jinhui L),Jack Huang(Jack H),这样起名的好处是万一哪一天封号了可以用身份证申诉,身份证实名的姓跟英文名的姓是一致的,这样可以证明是本人

接下来就是About部分了,老外喜欢以讲故事的形式来介绍自己,很多人的about部分都是公司介绍,不得不说,这太普通了,我们来看看冰哥是怎么讲的:

不关注他我可能损失什么?--随时推荐新款和更新报价单,这个时候即使客户有了老的合作供应商,没关系呀,我可以成为你的备胎,当客户老供应商交期满足不了客户时,就是我的机会了,所以当客户拒绝你的时候,可以套用这个话术。

接下来就是Experience
1.写你的岗位职责,当然是写对客户有价值的信息,不是写上传阿里图片,回复询盘,发货拍照,要针对买手角度去写,以下是我的一个客户的模板
- Management of the customer service team.
- Definition of processes within the team.
- Investigation and integration of new tools.
- Application and configuration customer support.
- Customer account management and organisation of customer follow up.
- Level 1 and level 2 support for Sensolus customers.
资料填写完整后,开始了领英私信加人这一部分,我们用产品关键词来搜索添加客户:
注意:我们只添加目标客户,同事,朋友,不需要添加,需保持1度人脉的精准,方便2度3度人脉的开发。
可以定位到你想要开发的国家,比如,美国,Location 选United States
接下来,我们就点开公司的领英,找到key person,点击People,输入Buyer
先选一个联系人,点开他的领英主页,先看下客户的资料(目的是为了确定是不是我们要找的关键人物,about部分,领英动态,还有他的工作经历,有了大致的了解后给客户添加一封私信,
分享以下tips规避风险:
1. 如果是新号,不建议一天添加太多联系人,平台容易判定你的账号是营销号,导致封号,
2. 梯子的IP不建议频繁切换,
3. 账号也不能频繁切换,刚开始客户通过领英好友添加不建议就开始推广,问客户邮箱,或者给客户发广告or 视频,当客户添加了你,可以找一个切入点去跟客户沟通,可以从他的领英动态,就职经历等等
以下是我获取客户邮箱的一些记录,给大家参考一下
PS:领英只是一个获客渠道,并不能保证能在上面拿到订单,重点还是后端的转化,公域导私域,然后进行mail group跟进开发。
有些客户在领英打开的概率不高,可能添加了一个月都没通过,这是很正常的,一般1个月没通过就可以撤回了,撤回后3周可以继续添加。
My Network里Grow中Invitations右边点击Show all
点击Sent部分,可以把1个月添加未通过的撤回,并用表格登记撤回时间,方便3周后继续添加。
