No dust is raised on the road wet with morning rain;
The willows by the hotel look so fresh and green
Iinvite you to drink a cup of wine again;
West of the Sunny Pass no more friends will be seen.

渭城朝雨邑轻尘，
客舍青青柳色新。
劝君更尽一杯酒，
西出阳关无故人。
【译文】
清晨，春雨如丝，轻轻压低了渭城飞扬的风尘，驿馆周围的柳树在雨中格外葱郁清新。
即将远行的人啊你再多喝一杯酒吧，向西 出了阳关就再也不会有可以一起一醉方休的朋友了。

诗人到渭城送朋友元二出使西北边疆时作的诗，后有乐人谓曲，名为《阳关三叠》.
