每到12月份，外贸从业人员就会变得很忙，要做业绩冲刺，要做复盘，要给客户准备礼物……有个环节是很多业务员都会忽视但又非常重要的，那就是要给成交客户写一封《年终感谢信》。
那我们给客户写《年终感谢信》的目的是什么？如果你是想着总结过去感谢客户，那想得太浅了。
我在给很多外贸企业做咨询的过程中，发现了很多公司都会有一个共性的问题，那就是习惯性地把重点工作花在前端如何征服新客户，如何转化新客户的订单，而忽视了对老客户的持续营销工作，甚至公司换了新厂房买了新设备客户也不知道，所以客户对我们的印象停留在了成交的那一年，而当突然有一个新的供应商出现的时候，客户便很容易误判，新的供应商实力超过我们，从而把订单转移走了，然而很有可能我们实力远超新供应商，但客户对我们的印象还停留在合作的几年前，所以对老客户的持续营销工作是万万不可暂停的。
《年终感谢信》便是一个很好地对老客户营销的一对一精准营销话题。
我在出差路上，这篇文章尽可能简洁直输观点，分享一下如何落地操作给客户写《年终感谢信》。
《年终感谢信》什么时候发？
所谓年终便是年底，但客户在年底会收到非常多催款的、催单的、感谢的、圣诞祝福的各种邮件，所以我们需要错峰发送，确保我们的《年终感谢信》能被打开并被重视。有部分公司会在20-23号就开始放圣诞假，所以要么是在12月15号前后2天内发送，要么是在客户圣诞假后28号前后1天内发送会比较合适。
如果给了两个选项都还纠结的同学，那就直接定15号。
《年终感谢信》要发什么内容
感谢信那核心肯定在于感谢，但与其我给大家模板，还不如充分发挥AI机器人的价值，我在ChatGPT中输入了对写年终感谢信的要求，写了3个不同的要求，也给大家更多的选择参考，写得确实比较地道，质量大大超过一些在网上找的“模板”，直接直接修改后使用。

第一个方案：常规感谢

如何更进一步？
如果你是想着做到6分，复制上述模板，添加修改跟客户相关的信息和产品，便可以直接发给客户。但如果要做到9分，那就必须在模板的基础上再做进一步优化。
我们再来明确一下，感谢信的目的，不是为了简单的总结过去，感谢客户，更重要的是这是一次对老客户的精准营销。那既然是营销，势必要求我们把营销工作做到极致，要把自己公司给“卖”出去。
所以第一点，在Dear XXX 客户之后，不要一上来就感谢客户，而是在第一段主体内容上，我们要浓墨重彩先总结我们公司今年又取得了什么样的新成绩，又购买了哪些新机器，甚至于说签了哪些大客户，获得了哪些新认证。一句话而言，在可信的基础上怎么宣传会显得自己牛逼就怎么说。
接着用一句话囊：“以上种种成绩都离不开您对我们公司的支持”（ All the above achievements of our company this year are inseparable from your long-term support for our company ），并过渡到感谢客户的部分，再接上AI 提供的模板即可。
最后，为了能让客户有一个明确的反馈，引导客户表达出对我们的支持和“感激之情”（这部分内容又可以成为我们后续做营销的素材），我建议结尾以一个问句结束。
至于以一个什么样合适的问句作为结尾并引导客户回复，以及年终感谢信要以一个什么标题才能吸睛，这2个问题的就可以评论区交流哈。
