客户为什么愿意接受我的高价

资料背景:客人在联系了好几天之后,因为价格原因,想把单下给他的其他供应商,因为他的供应商价格比我的价格低35%,而且客人在问了他的海绵专家后,觉得我用的海绵是和他的供应商一样的,成本没有什么变化,于是我发出了以下邮件,客人在收到后马上愿意提高价格,并且告诉我了他的目标价格:

appreciate you send me your expert full knowledge for the sofa and chair
foam...ok..you think there is no difference between us and your other supplier,
you can request them give you price based on:

Is the CA117 density 2.1 or better ? This is an easy one for customers to
understand, so I will need a little better foam if possible.

Secondly,

Since I have to buy full rolls of fabric from our China/Canada program I have
set up, can excess fabric be stored our your warehouse.

Lastly pricing.

Please confirm I have come up from the request base price the percentage
you asked.

每个业务员都想接订单,但是只有那种对产品专业且对客户如亲人的人才能接到,以下业务中经典的回复,只要生过孩子的都知道这回事,呵呵。

1.-样品比正常的产品还贵,你怎么让客人接受?

我的回答,因为样品的制作本来就比大货的多,做1件东西的成本和做100件的成本是不同的。

如果用孩子来比喻,就是说,生个双胞胎的成本是2个孩子2年生的一半以下,这就是我们订单需要数量的原因

We only pay half time and money cost for the twin babies than give birth to
them one by one. It is why we need your pay more money on the sample and keep
the same price if you meet our MOQ.


2.-货期比客人给的货期长,你怎么让客人接受或者让客人多付加班费?


我的回答,因为回来的是买原材料和配件,出去的是光鲜的成品。

如果用孩子来比喻,就是说,正常生孩子的时间是8个月,如果这个孩子在5或者6个月生出来,叫什么?早产儿,不健康的,且你需要多付很多钱才能让他活下来。 我对待我们的产品像我的孩子。

It is regular 8 months for mother give birth to baby, if the baby come out in 5
r 6 months, it will be quality problems, we need pay more money to let baby
survive...I treat all my products as my babies. If you need the products
finished earlier, the only way is pay more money for the workers.


3.-货期延误了几天,很多人急的像热窝上的蚂蚁,怎么办?

我的回答,正常的预产期是一个确定的日子,但是当妈妈生孩子的时候为了孩子的健康,也会提前或者延后1个星期,我们希望孩子能健康,所以也希望你能接受啊。。

For the baby good health, the mother give birth to him one week earlier or
later all are possible, I hope you can accept 7 days delay, for your healthy
furniture babies.
